Public Insight arranged several consultations with members of our Research Network’s telecommunications regulatory team who were able to provide real-time insight and forecast the FCC’s rulemaking procedures and outcome.  Washington, D.C. based lawyers and lobbyists, who regularly represent clients before the FCC, explained the anticipated Broadband Optimization Plan (BOP), forecasted correctly which auction restrictions would remain intact and which rules were likely to be rewritten, and provided a timeframe for each phase thus enabling our client to take informed and decisive action.
