A Public Insight analyst will present the client with a qualified and carefully screened Research Network Member, offering several different consultation times/options.

Once the client selects a time, a phone consultation is facilitated using Public Insight-provided call-in number.

To ensure quality, Public Insight tracks all client feedback and provides customized tools for follow-up and additional consultations with the same or additional Network Members within the field for further insight.
