Each Research Network Member is an independent consultant to Public Insight LP. Public Insight LP does not and will not give investment, legal or tax advice or make securities recommendations. If a client requests legal, tax or investment advice from a Research Network Member, such Research Network Member will be rendering such advice on its behalf, and not on behalf of Public Insight LP. Public Insight LP and its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives assume no responsibility for the client’s use of advice received from an Research Network Member. In connection with the purchase or sale of a security or any other investment decision, including but not limited to, investment strategies and risks associated with such investment strategies, under no circumstances will Public Insight LP review the appropriateness or suitability of any investment decisions made or strategies employed by a client as a result of information or advice received from a Research Network Member.
