RESEARCH AND CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE
Public Insight, the independent investment research firm, seeks qualified candidates for its research and client servicing position. This person will be responsible for managing and servicing client accounts, in-house research, drafting of memos/policy primers, network outreach, and relationship/account management.

Experience: College or masters degree with a minimum of 2 years experience – some combination of politics, finance, consulting, client servicing preferred

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
We are seeking an innovative, ambitious professional to join our senior team in designing, developing, and executing a winning global client services and business development strategy to secure and enhance our global market leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a distinguished track-record in at least one of the following:
1) |
Legal, government affairs, lobbying, and/or regulatory counsel, research, and advisory services to the alternative asset management sector in the US; or
|
2) |
Sell-side or buy-side research and investment analysis covering key regulated sectors with a tier-one financial services group or consultancy; or
|
3) |
Institutional sales and marketing of research-related services and products to US private equity, hedge fund, and asset management sectors along with a deep network of relationships in these sectors. |
These skills will be a natural complement to your can-do, dynamic, self-starting personality, as well as the capacity and the desire to interact with and cultivate long-term business relationships with senior and C-level financial services executives, and leading public sector figures nationally and internationally. In addition to your sophisticated understanding of the research needs of institutional investors, you also will have an interest in, if not direct experience, in public policy and regulatory affairs, and their impact on financial markets and investment performance.
